    To help members get into the habit of tracking their meals, I’ll be sharing as I track mine!! My daily meals will be updated everyday at 10 p.m. eastern—e.g. what I eat today will be available tonight. My goal here is to show you balance, I never claim to be vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, paleotarian, frutarian or anything else.

    A template created to help members track their meals & develop a habit of reflecting about what foods were consumed. This exercise forces one to hold themselves accountable. There’s no one forcing you to eat the loads of processed foods, sugars, sodium, sodas or candy.

    Tracking your meals is the quickest way to realize how much of a change you need to make.
