If I had to choose one xoJR Tip, it would be for you to become more mindful of what you allow into your body. There is an awful amount of power held within the ingredients of the foods that we consume. You don’t have to be a nutritionist, body builder or chef to learn what ingredients you should avoid. As a matter of fact, there isn’t much learning involved, it’s more of a commitment to take action, read & make changes.
