FYI: Don’t use ice, freeze your fruits & our coconut/almond milk to thaw then blend!
Wash Your Fruits
I use my kitchen sink to soak in water & Apple Cider Vinegar for at least 25 minutes.
Place desired fruits in individual containers

Freeze
When you're ready for a smoothie poor your milk of choice over the frozen fruits to thaw!
xoJR Classic
1 Banana, 1 Avocado, 2 Strawberries, Blueberries (1 cup), Blackberries (1 cup--beware of the seeds), Honey & Coconut/Almond Milk (half of your frozen container)
Sweet Tooth
Acai (1 packet), 1/2 Banana, 1 Guava (beware of the seeds), Coconut Shreds, 1 tbsp Honey, Apple Juice 1/3 of the container (freshly juiced by YOU).
Meal Replacement
1 Banana, 2 Strawberries, 2 Apples, 1/4 c Blueberries, 1 cup Oatmeal, 1/2 cup Granola, 2 tbsp Nut Butter (the ONLY ingredient of your nut butter(s) should be the actual nut.. no salt or preservatives), 1 tbsp Honey & Coconut/Almond Milk (half of container)
