Eggs
Bread slices
Butter or cooking oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Toast the Bread
Cook the Eggs
Cook eggs to desired doneness:
For sunny-side-up eggs: Cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny
For scrambled eggs: …I’m pretty sure you know how to cook those!
For over-easy or over-hard eggs: Flip carefully to cook the yolks to desired consistency. Major tip: cover with a lid while cooking!
Assemble & Serve:
Place cooked eggs on top of toasted bread slices.
Season with extra salt and pepper if desired
