Eggs & Toast


Ingredients:

  • Eggs

  • Bread slices

  • Butter or cooking oil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toast the Bread

  2. Cook the Eggs

    • Cook eggs to desired doneness:

      • For sunny-side-up eggs: Cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny

      • For scrambled eggs: …I’m pretty sure you know how to cook those!

      • For over-easy or over-hard eggs: Flip carefully to cook the yolks to desired consistency. Major tip: cover with a lid while cooking!

  3. Assemble & Serve:

    • Place cooked eggs on top of toasted bread slices.

    • Season with extra salt and pepper if desired
