Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk)
Handful of chopped almonds
Handful of dried cranberries
Sweetener: Brown sugar/honey
Ground flax seeds for digestion
Instructions:
In a small saucepan/pot bring your milk to a light boil
Add your oats & stir
Throw in those almonds, dried cranberries & sweetner
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for…
3 minutes for light & flakey oatmeal
5 minutes for creamy oats
Remove from heat & transfer the oatmeal to a bowl
Add more almonds on top if you’re a crunch lover like me
Allow to cool & enjoy!!
