Oatmeal


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk)

  • Handful of chopped almonds

  • Handful of dried cranberries

  • Sweetener: Brown sugar/honey

  • Ground flax seeds for digestion

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan/pot bring your milk to a light boil

  2. Add your oats & stir

  3. Throw in those almonds, dried cranberries & sweetner

  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for…

    • 3 minutes for light & flakey oatmeal

    • 5 minutes for creamy oats

  5. Remove from heat & transfer the oatmeal to a bowl

  6. Add more almonds on top if you’re a crunch lover like me

  7. Allow to cool & enjoy!!
