Warm Water
Lemons
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
2 TBSP Honey
1 Clove of Garlic (sliced/shaved)
What to Do:
Squeeze lemon juice in glass
Add Cayenne Pepper & Honey- use more to balance the spiciness
Shave Garlic clove into mixture
Pour your Warm Water
Allow to steep for 5 minutes
