Self-Care.

Don’t feel bad for putting yourself first, especially when it comes to self-care. How else do you expect to help others, if you never stop to help yourself? There are many acts of self-care that won’t break your bank. So stop feeling intimidated by the lavish vacations & resorts you see posted on social media. Less is always more.
