Make Monday Your Bitch

I challenge you to flip the script—stop being Monday’s bitch. I hate to hear people complain about Monday, I want everyone to enjoy their life, which means looking forward to the next day—no matter what day of the week it is.

If you’re one who complains about Monday, ask yourself why. Is it because of work? Went too hard during the weekend? Personal responsibilities to catch up on? No matter which it may be, take action to change the “issue”. Imagine someone telling you they’re only happy three days out of the week, sounds painfully & incredibly sad, doesn’t it?

I’ve never been the “I’ll do it on Monday” person. Heck, I don’t even workout on Mondays simply because I love making Monday my day of ease—to relax, think & prepare. Give yourself the luxury of controlling your life & what happens around you.

If your Monday complaint is centered around your job, let’s get that new job. If it’s centered around a pending list of items to be done—take more responsibility, stop procrastinating. If it’s centered around working out—try a new routine this week, skip Monday! If it’s centered around exhaustion from the weekend—stop living for the weekend & do more during the week.

Simply put, don’t be a bitch baby & stop allowing your days to control you.
