Beach Day Essentials

I run on the beach every other weekend, but some days I completely bum it out. Whether I’m filming content, laying out for hours, or attending a beach event, these are my Beach Day Essentials.

See all pictures at the end!

Sand-Proof Beach Blanket

Honestly, the size is what sold me. This blanket easily fits three people, which automatically makes her a winner.

The fact that it’s sand-proof and waterproof is a huge cherry on top.

Waterproof Phone Case

The beach is absolutely not the place I want to lose my phone.

So she stays attached to me at all times. Between water, sand, random beach movement, and filming content, the waterproof case gives me peace of mind while still keeping my phone accessible.

Portable Battery

If you ever see me with a dead phone, just know something is wrong.

I feel saooo irresponsible with a dead phone, especially at the beach. Between filming, GPS, music, content, and checking in with people, battery life disappears fast. Ya girl usually has at least two battery sources on her at all times.

Water Bottles

I see way too many people show up to the beach with no water. Please hydrate.

I prefer bringing regular water bottles instead of tumblers because sand sticks to tumblers like crazy. Then the beach follows you home and now there’s sand in the kitchen forever.

Paddle Brush

I honestly don’t know what’s so special about this particular brush and sand, but it gets all of the sand ooouuuttt.

This brush is strictly for beach days.

Sandals

NGL… these sandals are horrible to walk in for more than an hour (lowkey 30 minutes). That’s exactly how they became my designated: beach shoes, pool shoes & travel shower shoes

They’ve found their purpose in life! lol

Tripod

Creators… you already know. We stay straaapped!

Whether I’m filming, taking photos, or pretending I’m not setting my tripod up in public for the 14th time that day…it’s coming with me.

Mic

I forget my mic more than I should in regular life, but I NEVER forget it at the beach.

Partly because I love listening to recordings to fall asleep and I need the audio crystal clear. Beach wind audio? Absolutely not.

Perfume

Okay wait, don’t let this description throw you off. But this scent combination gives: ocean air, sunscreen, tropical flowers & vacation energy.

It’s summer in a bottle to me.

Beach Beverage

I’m definitely a cocktail/daiquiri beach girlie…unless it’s a Kalik.

And if you’ve never had a Kalik on the beach in The Bahamas, baby… let me show you the wooorrrlllddd!

Sunnies

Privé Revaux is my jam. Consider having a pre-packed beach bag & leave a pair there. Because forgetting your sunglasses on an actual beach day? Tragic behavior.

Sunscreen

Save yourself from the burn and discomfort. Use sunscreen. Then reapply.
Then… probably reapply again.

Collapsible Water Bottle

I love this because it takes up basically no room.

It’s super easy to clip onto a bag, refill at a restaurant, and throw back into the beach tote without carrying around something bulky all day.
