Guacamole


Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Avocados

  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced

  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Finely Diced

  • 1 Small Tomato, Seeded and Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro

  • Juice of 1 Lime (or lemon)

  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocados

    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

  2. Mash the Avocados

    • Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired chunkiness. I like mine chuunnnkkyyy!

  3. Add Chopped Vegetables & Cilantro:

    • Add the diced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, red onion & chopped cilantro to the mashed avocado.

  4. Season & Mix:

    • Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture.

    • Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  5. Combine Well:

    • Gently mix all the ingredients together, ensuring to keep the guacamole chunky.

  6. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or use for tacos, burritos, or salads.
