Life After THE Heartbreak

Ohhh the many forms of questions I’ve received about the Not So Honest Man:

• “How are you dealing with last year’s disaster of a man?”

• “Are you dating again yet since that guy?”

• “Is the COVID guy still a thing? Did he try to call you?”

• “Have you heard from the Military Man?”

• “Soooo how’ve you been with everything and that guy?”

• “Have you been back on the train since? Did you see him?”

• “Will you ever give us an update?”

I’ve answered this question in a few ways, mostly with a shrug & “… ya know.”

To finally give you all a full answer:

Okay; not yet; no & yes; yes; okay; yes & no; the update: I forgave him, for my own peace of mind. Forgiving is important, whether the other person is aware or not. I honestly think about it all every single day & considering the grief I’m coping with from multiple deaths the past four months, I’m also thriving like a motherfucker.
