Homemade Bagels with 3 Ingredients!
You guuyysss, this week I am obsessing over these homemade bagels, made with just three ingredients: flour, plant-based yogurt & baking powder. I saw Katie Austin make these a few days ago so I had to tap in to see if I could do the same but with a Plant Based yogurt instead.
Let me tell ya… it worked! The bagels were light, fluffy & moist all within 24 minutes!! I smeared a little butter in them, roasted tomatoes & two fried eggs!
I was definitely impressed!

Combine all ingredients. Optional ingredients: salt & seasoning to top

If you choose to add season to the top of your bagel, spray a little olive oil on top, it helps the seasoning stick more.
