1. You Didn’t Commit Mentally.

Your mind is what will carry you, when your body reaches its’ limit. That’s not where you stop, it’s when you push through. Only your mind can help you here.

2. You Aren’t Drinking Enough Water

Water should be the #1 liquid you’re consuming. Not alcohol or juice. Two bottles/glasses aren’t enough. It isn’t impossible to drink 1 liter to a gallon a day, if you start in the morning & continue throughout the day. I’ll never understand why people try to squeeze in their goal at the end of the day within 2 hours.

 
 

3. You’re Still Eating Fast Food

Just stop lol you’re making your mission difficult. When you understand the equation, you can solve the problem!

4. You “Can’t” Live Without Coffee

Coffee usually equals a lot of dairy & sugar. Take it easy, if you do, your teeth will become whiter. That’s an awesome pro, riight?!

5. You Aren’t Cooking at Home

Stop eating out, save money & eat at home. This will help with your weight loss tremendously.

6. You’re Still Loading Up on Sugars

No added sugar… less added fat. This includes juices & alcohol.

 
 

7. You Aren’t Active Enough

Don’t be lazy, working out once a week won’t do much.

8. You Aren’t Taking the Mission Seriously

This takes us back to number 1, you have to commit mentally. The journey to a healthier lifestyle & weight loss is a mission until you gain control of your thoughts. Mind over matter baby.

9. You’re Effing Up Dude

You know exactly what you are…not doing. Get the job done. Mind over matter baby!
